It acts by interfering with the production of hormones that cause cancer's development. It helps to reduce cancer symptoms effectively. It can also be used to treat loss of appetite in patients with HIV/AIDS.

✔️ Most side effects are manageable but consult your doctor if they persist or worsen:

1. Increased appetite and weight gain
2. Shortness of breath
3. Hot flushes (redness on the face and neck)
4. High blood pressure
5. Increased blood sugar levels
6. Rounded face (Cushingoid appearance)
7. Constipation
